All products purchased from this web site are non-returnable except
for defective merchandises.
If you received a product that is defective, please contact us first. We will issue a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and give you a shipping instruction. No
return without a RMA number will be accepted. You must pay the shipping cost when
you send a product back to us; however, we will ship you an exchange product for free.
All return claims must be made within 15 days from the shipped date.
All returns are subject to inspections and approvals. Once a return is approved, the
product will be exchanged for the same or an equivalent item. No refund will be given in
any case.
We reserve rights to refuse any returns that are not considered reasonable. Other
restrictions may also apply.
